Version: 2026-10-14.5
Effective date: 2026-10-14.5
1. Operator and scope
Operator: Founder
Postal address: N/A
Country: Uzbekistan
Privacy and support contact: [email protected]
These Terms govern authorised use of Arabiyo, a free, non-commercial hobby platform for a private invited circle learning Arabic. The project is maintained by an individual in Uzbekistan; the brand is not represented as a registered legal entity. These Terms do not create a paid course contract. Any teacher-organised activities must remain consistent with this private, free service. Mandatory statutory rights apply regardless of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; it is a notice, not a request for blanket consent.
2. Eligibility and invitations
Eligibility and any guardian or school arrangements: Adults aged 18+ only; private invitation-only access.
Accounts require a valid, unexpired invitation with remaining uses and any email restriction satisfied. Only the owner manages invitations. Do not sell, publish or transfer a restricted code without the owner's authorisation. Receiving an invitation does not entitle you to every course or a particular level of access. Provide accurate necessary account details, protect your credentials and tell the operator promptly about suspected misuse. Use only accounts and roles assigned to you.
3. Learning services
The platform supports structured lessons, reusable explanations, listening, exercises, practice activities, assessments and teacher review of recordings. Course access, schedules, assessment rules and the release of ordinary results are set by authorised education staff. Assessment attempts use server deadlines; save your answers while the attempt is active. The platform does not promise fluency, accreditation, certificates or a particular learning outcome unless expressly agreed in separate applicable course terms.
Service and commercial arrangements: Free non-commercial hobby project for a private invited circle; no sales, payments or subscriptions.
The current application does not store payment-card details and has no billing functionality. If the maintainer later proposes commercial use, new terms and any required legal and consumer disclosures must be provided before that use begins. There is no automatic conversion to a paid service.
4. Acceptable use
Use the platform only for authorised educational purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, share account credentials, bypass assessment limits, interfere with the service, upload malware, harass people or disclose another person's private records. Do not upload content you have no right to share. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to the operator without accessing or exposing other users' data. Conduct that is permitted by mandatory law remains permitted.
5. Educational content
Courses, software, branding and learning materials belong to their respective rights holders. Your authorised access permits personal learning use, or teaching use within your assigned duties. It does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to publish, resell or distribute restricted material. Exceptions and rights provided by applicable intellectual-property law remain unaffected.
6. Your submissions and recordings
You retain any rights you have in your own answers, recordings and other submissions. You grant the operator and authorised education staff a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, display and review that material only as necessary to deliver the requested service, operate permitted educational workflows and comply with applicable obligations. Service providers may process it for those purposes under the applicable arrangements.
This permission does not authorise advertising use, public promotional use, sale of learner recordings or AI-model training. Such additional uses require a separately established legal basis and any necessary permission. Do not record another person without the appropriate authority. Microphone permission and recording controls are explained before recording. Uploaded copies follow the Privacy Policy and rights-request process.
7. Assessments and review
Teachers configure assessment questions, deadlines, attempts and grading rules. Objective scoring may be automated; voice and other designated responses are manually reviewed. Contact the teacher or operator promptly if a technical issue affected an attempt or you wish to challenge a grading decision. Keep enough detail to identify the affected lesson or attempt without sharing passwords or private data belonging to others.
Results are private by default, with ordinary release controlled by authorised teachers. This does not exclude a right of access under applicable data-protection law or a mandatory educational review right. No guarantee is given that assessment data is appropriate for a use beyond the stated educational purpose.
8. Availability and changes to the service
The operator may perform maintenance, fix defects and update features. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, device/browser limitations or events outside reasonable control. Report access problems using the support contact above. Where a separate agreement or mandatory law requires a particular standard, notice, remedy or refund, it takes precedence over this general description. Substantial changes affecting agreed access must be communicated as required by applicable law.
9. Suspension and ending access
Authorised staff may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect accounts or reflect the end of course access. Where appropriate, the operator will explain the decision and provide a way to ask for review; immediate action may be necessary to address a security incident or another urgent risk. Any mandatory procedural and consumer rights remain applicable.
You may contact the operator to end your account access, withdraw processing or Saudi-hosting consent, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information under the Privacy Policy. Ending access does not itself erase all historical records or backups. Continued processing needs a valid purpose and legal basis, and any retention exception must be explained. These Terms do not require unlimited retention of identifiable learning records.
10. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Users and education staff are responsible for content they lawfully submit and for their own conduct. The operator remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, requires an indemnity contrary to law, or limits statutory data-protection rights. Any separately agreed liability allocation must be valid under the applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
Governing-law arrangements: Republic of Uzbekistan; mandatory rights under other applicable laws remain protected.
A choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections applicable to them. Contact the operator to try to resolve a service issue. These Terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, waive collective remedies or force a consumer to use an exclusive foreign court where that would conflict with applicable law. Available regulatory complaints and judicial remedies remain open.
12. Changes and contact
The version and effective date appear above. The operator must make revised Terms available and give any notice or obtain any agreement required for material changes. A new privacy purpose requires its own transparency and legal-basis assessment; it is not automatically authorised by continued use of the service. Contact [email protected] for support or questions about these Terms.
